Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them less any costs incurred* by us for processing the return. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
